Logistic Leasing, LLC was formed in 1997 in Durham, North Carolina to provide maintenance and repair services to a large local fleet. It quickly became apparent that many companies in the area had a need for a reliable, efficient and “around the clock” maintenance operation to take care of their vehicles.

Renovations took place on the existing facility creating a new 15,000 square foot, 3 drive-through trailer bay, 4 tractor bay shop.

In 1998, we opened our first captive shop in Greensboro, North Carolina and added an additional full-service facility to meet the needs of companies in the area.

In 1999, we added another captive shop in Charlotte, North Carolina and added another additional full-service facility in Charlotte.

In 2002, we expanded our operations to Tennessee and opened a full-service facility in Chattanooga.

In 2003, we replaced our full-service facility in Charlotte with a new 4 drive-through bay plus 2 auxiliary bay facility. We also expanded to the Selma/Smithfield, North Carolina area with a new shop to service the area.

In 2006, we added our third facility in Charlotte and expanded our service abilities to the extreme by offering our full-service coverage plus a new state-of-the art body shop and paint booth.
